Shipping policy

YUSUF AYAD operates adenzamarket.shop from 1/15 Argyle Street, Fawkner, VIC 3060, Australia. This policy applies to every order placed through this store.

Everything we sell is frozen and is packed to stay frozen in transit. Orders are dispatched from Fawkner, Victoria.

Processing time

Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after midday on Friday, or on a public holiday, begin processing on the next business day. Argyle Street is a short run from the Ring Road, so Fawkner and the inner north are usually packed and collected within a working day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within Australia. Remote and regional addresses can take longer than the estimate; if we know a parcel is delayed we will tell you.

How we pack

A compact insulated liner, dry gel ice and a double-walled carton, sized so a small order is not loose in a large box. The dispatch date is written on the label so you can see how long the parcel has been travelling.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking and the link is emailed when the parcel leaves us. If tracking has not moved for more than three business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.

Delivery address

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at the cost of the second shipment.

Shipping costs

The delivery charge is calculated from the size of the order and the destination, and is shown at checkout before you pay.
